Twenty people are killed in an Israeli attack on Gaza after a Hamas launcher
Israel launched deadly airstrikes on Gaza on Monday in response to rocket fire allegedly fired by Hamas and other Palestinian groups during the riots at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.
At least 20 people are killed and 65 others injured, including nine children and a senior Hamas commander, Gaza officials said.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned that Hamas rockets on Jerusalem had crossed the "red line" which the Jewish state "would be held accountable by force."

The Israeli military says 150 rockets were fired from Gaza, dozens of which were intercepted by the Iron Dome defense system, with no reports of casualties.
"We have started attacking military targets in Gaza, and that i have resumed operations," Army Army spokesman Jonathan Congress said.

The military says it's targeted "two rocket launchers, two military posts", a tunnel and eight Hamas operatives in Gaza.
Hamas sources have confirmed to AFP that one among its commanders, Mohammed Fayyad, has been assassinated.
Tensions have risen in Jerusalem since Israeli riot police attacked Palestinian worshipers on Friday of Ramadan within the city's worst chaos since 2017.
Hundreds of Palestinians are injured within the unrest since last night, resulting in international involves instability and powerful tensions worldwide.
Diplomatic sources tell AFP that Egypt and Qatar, which have mediated between Israel and Hamas within the past, are trying to calm tensions.
