CM Maharashtra Uddhav Thackeray’s Son Aaditya COVID-19 Tests Positive
Maharashtra reported 27,126 increases COVID-19 cases, 13,588 recoveries and 92 deaths within the last 24 hours today (March 20).
In last two weeks Maharashtra has emerged together of the highest contributor within the new Covid -19 wave. On Friday Mumbai alone recorded 3,000-plus fresh cases. Several renowned celebs have confirmed about testing positive on social media recently. Now Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray’s son, Aaditya has tested positive for the COVID-19. Shiv Sena shared the update on his official Twitter handle today.
Mumbai: each day after Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray hinted at a lockdown within the wake of the alarming increase in coronavirus cases, the government has as a precautionary measure issued a replacement set of guidelines and asked private offices and cinema halls across the state to function at 50 percent of their capacity.
Meanwhile, Maharashtra reported 27,126 new COVID-19 cases, 13,588 recoveries and 92 deaths within the last 24 hours.
Over 40 lakh people have received the COVID-19 vaccine jab in Maharashtra since the immunization drive commenced on January 16, reported PTI.
This moves comes whilst the govt has imposed night curfews and weekend lockdowns in various parts of the state within the previous couple of days.
Earlier on Friday, the Maharashtra Chief Minister while urging people across the state to cooperate with the government in its endeavor to defeat the spread of the novel coronavirus hinted at a lockdown.
Maharashtra has thus far recorded over 25,000 new coronavirus cases and therefore the numbers still increase .
