Proud father Virat Kohli took to Twitter to share the news. With a heart emoticon, Virat wrote, "We are thrilled to share with you that we've been blessed a daughter this afternoon. We many thanks all for your love, prayers, and good wishes. Anushka and therefore the baby are both healthy and that we are feeling beyond blessed to start out this new chapter of our lives. We hope that you simply can respect our privacy at this point . Love, Virat (sic)."
