(Pocket-lint) - Microsoft is functioning on making Teams meetings more engaging using AI and a "Dynamic View" to offer more control over meeting presentations.
The company is functioning on an update for Microsoft Teams which will improve the user's experience of meetings on Windows 10. This includes a replacement so-called Dynamic view that'll allow people on the decision to share content with other meeting participants more easily but also, more importantly, have more control over presentation.

The Dynamic view is claimed to allow you to see what's being shared and people on the decision at an equivalent time. With the decision being automatically optimised during a way that lets participants both see the important information that's being shared and therefore the people presenting it during a satisfying way.

There will even be new controls introduced which will allow users to ascertain content et al. on the decision side-by-side also .
This update is about to be unrolled sometime in March 2021.
While we await this update to the interface , Microsoft is additionally planning on adding a low-data mode which can help Teams users who have limited data connections or slow broadband. this may be especially useful to those with data limits or monthly caps. This feature are going to be rolling out soon and available to access via the settings menu.
