A case under section 188 of the Indian legal code for disobedience of orders promulgated by a employee was registered at Bandra in reference to an event where actors Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani were caught being driven round the Bandstand while coming back from the gym on Tuesday evening.
News agency ANI tweeted as: “An FIR has been registered against actors Tiger Shroff, Disha Patani & others for violating COVID-19 restrictions: Mumbai Police The actors were found roaming at Bandstand Promenade & couldn’t provides a valid reasons to police for being out of their homes after 2 pm”

The two actors, along side their driver, were booked under section 188 and section 34 concerning common intention on Wednesday. Police intercepted their car and asked them to verify their documents near Bandstand, after which they were booked and asked to go away .
A source said, Patani was seen seated within the front and Shroff was at the rear . consistent with the restrictions amid 'Break The Chain', citizens can't be outside without a legitimate reason
Mumbai Police also tweeted an equivalent without mentioning the duo’s name, however, they mentioned their films and wrote: “In the continued ‘War’ against the virus, going ‘Malang’ on the streets of Bandra cost dearly to 2 actors who are booked under sections 188, 34 IPC by Bandra PStn . We request all Mumbaikars to avoid unnecessary ‘Heropanti’ which may compromise on safety against #COVID19”
