Ileana D’Cruz Reveals Being Bodyshamed; Says, ‘It’s A Deeply Ingrained Scar’
In a recent interview, the large Bull actress Ileana D'Cruz opened on how she deals with the trolls who body shame her every often. She added that the body-shaming history goes to her pre-teen days.
Ileana D’Cruz who was last seen in Amazon Prime’s ‘The Big Bull’ alongside Abhishek Bachchan opened about being body-shamed since a really early age. She also revealed that folks would often pass weird comments on her body and it's left a ‘deeply ingrained scar’
Speaking to Bollywood Bubble, the ‘Main Tera Hero’ actress spoke about her experience. She said that she still remembers those days love it was yesterday because it's caused her a really deeply ingrained scar. Ileana said that she went through body-shaming from the time she was 12 and had just hit puberty and was growing up.

She further urged people to not give importance to such people and have a positive frame of mind. The Baadshaho actress added, "Because i'm going through it a day . I even have a minimum of 10 messages that I can find on my Instagram immediately about body shaming needless to say . So there’s always getting to be somebody saying something about you and it’s harsh. And the maximum amount as i might wish to tell people are you able to please be more kind more sensitive because you don’t understand what proportion it can affect somebody else. the sole thing that’s in your control is you and the way you think that about yourself. So i might constantly just tell people your opinion about yourself is what matters the foremost . The hell with the planet , the hell with what they think. Only your opinion matters. you're someone who goes to measure together with your body. There are days once I am like, ‘I don’t like this. Is my stomach too bloated?’ But now i'm like, ‘No it’s fine, there’s a uterus in there so it’s fine. It’s alright. It’s not gonna be flat."
Earlier in an interview with Hindustan Times, the Rustom actress had revealed that she suffers from body dysmorphia.
