Anupam Kher Gives An Update On Wife Kirron Kher’s Health, Watch Video
Anupam Kher gave an update on his wife, actor-politician Kirron Kher’s health.
On April 1, Anupam Kher took to his social media handle and issued a press release confirming that his wife and veteran actress-politician Kirron Kher is affected by myeloma , a kind of blood cancer. Now, the actor spoke to his fans via Instagram live and shared an update on his wife’s health.
The 66-year-old actor said that Kirron Kher is improving. “She is best but the medicines for myeloma have many side effects. She is in good spirits and hopefully she is going to begin of it. With prayers from her well-wishers, everything are going to be fine.”

Actress politician Kirron Kher was recently diagnosed with cancer. She is currently battling myeloma , a cancer of plasma cells, and is undergoing treatment. Recently, during an Instagram LIVE session, the 68-year-old actress' husband, actor Anupam Kher, shared her health update with fans. Speaking about his wife's health, the actor said, "Kirron is improving. She is best but the medicines of myeloma have many side effects. She is sweet spirits and hopefully she is going to begin of it. If your prayers are together with her , everything are going to be fine."
Meanwhile, the veteran actress and BJP MP on Tuesday evening shared the news that she has allocated a sum of Rs 1 crore from Members of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS) for purchase of ventilators for Covid-19 patients by the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research, Chandigarh.
"With hope and prayers in my heart, i'm donating Rs. 1 crore from MPLADS to the PGI Chandigarh towards the immediate purchase of ventilators for COVID-19 patients. I stand solidly with #MyCity #MyChandigarh #MyPeople @MoHFW_INDIA @BJP4India," Kher tweeted.
In another Instagram post, the ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ actor shared a photograph of the letter sent by his wife to Deputy Commissioner of Chandigarh administration during which the previous has asked for issue Rs 1 crore to the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in order that they will purchase ventilators for the COVID-19 patients.
